Sub:-irregular delivery of letters
Sir,
I regret to inform you that irregular and late delivery of letters have been causing a great problem to me. I am sorry to say that I have not received many important letters send by ordinary post. Recently I received a registered letter send by speed post almost after a month from the date of posting.Sometime a job seeker could not appear before the interview because of the late delivery of letters by the postman. Often letters delivered to the children playing on the road.As a result sometime we have to faced unwanted situations.
So, it is my earnest request to you to look into the matter and take necessary step to prevent such irregularity in future.
